The Wellington City Council has made recent resource consent information available to the public. Resource consent applications are public information, and copies of recent consents can be requested by emailing planning@wcc.govt.nz.
To request a copy, note the service request (SR) number from the search table and email it to the provided address. The search table allows users to look for recent resource consents by suburb, address, or SR number. The council advises against using abbreviations in searches.
Documents for issued consents are available for download from June 17, 2024, to July 13, 2025. Similarly, documents for applied-for consents are available from June 17, 2024, to July 13, 2025.
