Wellington City Council provides public access to recent resource consent applications and issued consents. Interested parties can search for consents by suburb, address, or service request (SR) number on the council's website.
To obtain copies of recent resource consents, individuals can search the provided table and note the SR number, then email the planning department at planning@wcc.govt.nz, quoting the SR number. The council will then email the consent documentation.
Recent resource consents issued from August 12 to August 24, 2025, are available as a 98KB PDF. Other issued consents and applications are available for download, dating back to July 2024.
